Beneto’s founder has a strong passion for nutrition and sports. During her last year of studies (M.Sc. EDHEC, B.A. HSG) she startet Beneto not only with the ambition to provide an ecological and more sustainable protein source (insects) to sporty people, but also with a big vision in mind. We want to tackle the upcoming food crisis in 2050 by chancing the world’s eating habits and having a positive impact on our planet. Beyond this, we see unlimited possibilities and aim to become the global market leader on the edible insect market and make entomophagy popular in the western world.
